Introduction

Based on SMD optimised magnetic circuit design, Rtelligent RSN series AC servo motors use high magnetic density stator and rotor materials and have good energy efficiency.

There are many different kinds of encoders, such as optical, magnetic, and multi-turn absolute encoder.

RSN60/80 motors are smaller and less expensive to install.

Permanent magnet brake is optional, versatile, and suitable for Z-axis applications.

ISeries AC Servo Motor

  • Series AC servo brake motor:
  • Appropriate for a Z-axis application environment, The brake will be implemented when the driver switches off or when an alarm sounds. To prevent a free fall, keep the workpiece secured.

    Motor with Absolute Encoder

  • Absolute series AC servo motor with encoder:
  • Suitable for applications that precisely remember the position after a power outage Due to a power outage, the relative encoder loses position data, which results in the mechanical position being externally altered and not at its initial position.
  • Working Theory
  • The drive receives the position by encoding each individual position on the encoder.
  • Battery for an external power source
  • When the drive is powered off, it can still provide working power for the multi-turn absolute encoder.
